Access to most online resources is restricted to current Capilano University students, faculty and staff. This includes Discovery, databases, eBooks and most journals.
Once you click on an online resource, you will be prompted to enter your myCapU credentials:
- username: regular CapU username
- password: regular CapU password
If you’re being asked for a username and password and don’t see the CapU logo, then something is wrong. Check the Troubleshooting section below.
If you continue to get a login page from another company, contact us.
Troubleshooting
- Try a different browser. Chrome, Firefox and Safari should all work, but this can sometimes help pinpoint whether the problem is with your favourite browser's settings.
- Make sure Javascript and cookies are enabled. Usually this is the default setting, but this might have been changed in your browser. Check your browser's help website to find out how to enable these.
- If you still can't connect, contact us.
