CapU Library uses Relais as our ILL management system.
For libraries with an ILL management system:
- For Relais or other systems that message using Generic Script, please configure your system settings to send requests to bvacgsm@relais-host.com
- For sites using ISO compliant systems, please configure your system settings to send requests to bvaciso@relais-host.com
For libraries without an ILL management system:
Please submit requests through our Institutional Request Form.
In order to login and use the form:
- Use your Library and Archives Canada symbol in UPPER CASE as your login and password. Search for your LAC codes at Library and Archives Canada.
- If you are unable to login, or do not have a Relais account already set up, please contact us at capill@capilanou.ca
